MBA Reveal – Terms and Conditions of Service

By purchasing or engaging in services offered by MBA Reveal (“we,” “our,” or “MBA Reveal”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern our working relationship and the use of our services.

1. Scope of Services and No Guarantee

MBA Reveal provides coaching, guidance, and strategic support to clients throughout the MBA application process. However, the Client remains solely responsible for the writing and submission of all application materials. MBA Reveal does not write or rewrite application content on the Client’s behalf. Additionally, while our services aim to enhance the strength of an application, we do not guarantee admission to any academic institution or program.

2. Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, MBA Reveal may share proprietary content, including but not limited to: internal frameworks, client questionnaires, example essays and resumes, and mock interview transcripts (“Confidential Information”). The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or share this Confidential Information with third parties during or after the engagement, except when necessary for their own application process and with MBA Reveal’s prior written consent.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

Clients may cancel services at any time; however, MBA Reveal maintains a strict no-refund policy for hourly coaching sessions and editorial support. All sales are final.

4. Service Expiration

All purchased services must be fully utilized within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date. Unused hours or services beyond this window will expire and are non-refundable.
